The EG EGR20C Linear Guideway is a low-profile linear motion solution designed to provide smooth and precise movement of machine components. The EG series is particularly suitable for applications where installation space is limited while maintaining reliable linear guidance and positioning accuracy.
The guideway uses a 45° ball-track arrangement, which allows the EG series to accommodate loads from different directions and provide stable movement. This design makes it suitable for industrial machinery requiring accurate and repeatable linear motion.
The EGR20 rail has a standard rail width of 20 mm, rail height of 15.5 mm, and a mounting-hole pitch of 60 mm. The standard rail mounting specification uses an M5 × 16 mounting bolt.
The compatible EG20C guide block has an overall length of approximately 69.1 mm in the standard SS configuration, with different lengths depending on the seal and accessory configuration.
